Anagha Shenoy is an undergraduate at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign studying computer science with minors in integrative biology and informatics. Her interests are in computational biology and bioinformatics to broaden understanding of human health and disease and support innovative research. As part of the Karstens Lab, Anagha contributes to research on computational and statistical approaches for quantitative profiling of the urinary microbiome.
